How We Handle Your Account Data

Service availability is jurisdiction-dependent. Users are responsible for checking local law before access.

PRIVACY DESK

Reach the Team Behind Your Data

You should never have to guess where to ask about your own details. Our privacy desk answers inside your account by live chat, by email from the address linked to your sign-in, and by phone during Pakistan business hours. Write in English or Urdu and we reply in whichever language you used.

Team online

In-account live chat

Sign in and open the chat panel; the agent picks up with your account already on screen. It is the quickest route for wallet questions tied to JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay, NayaPay or Raast.

Email the data desk

Write from the email registered on your account with a clear subject, such as a copy request or a correction. We reply within two working days and tell you if more is needed to confirm it is yours.

Phone during office hours

Our privacy line runs Sunday to Thursday, morning until early evening Pakistan time. Keep your account reference nearby so the agent can pull the right record straight away.

HOW WE HANDLE DATA

Who Writes and Maintains This Policy

The team that runs our lobby, wallet links and account checks writes these words too, so every line matches what the platform actually does. When a feature changes we rewrite the relevant...

Written in-house

The people who run 333king write this policy themselves, using the same systems that hold your account. Nothing outsourced sits between you and the operation, so the wording stays close to the lobby you use.

Matched to the build

Before a clause goes live we walk it against the working platform, from sign-in through wallet confirmation. If an update changes how something behaves, the wording moves in the same release window.

Dated change record

Each revision carries its own date, so you can tell which wording is current and what moved since your last visit. Older versions stay on file, and we share a summary when you ask.

Plain en-PK English

We write for Pakistan in ordinary English, leaving out legal padding that hides the point. Wallet names, timings and channels appear as they do in your account, so a clause never needs translating twice.

Named contact paths

Every question route on this page belongs to a real desk with hours and an owner, so we can tell you who to chase and an answer never vanishes into a general inbox.

Challenged openly

If a clause reads badly to you, say so through the privacy desk and we will explain the reasoning or correct the sentence. Criticism about our wording is welcome; it is how this page improves.

Consistent Rules on Every Policy Page

These policy pages share one voice and one set of promises, so nothing contradicts itself as you move between them. The terms you accept, the cookies note and...

Terms of use
Sets the ground rules for holding an account with us: eligibility, account behaviour and how misuse is handled. It shares the definitions used here, so nothing on this page changes a term agreed there.
Cookies note
Explains the small files your browser stores, what each one does for sign-in and page speed, and how to clear them. The personal details involved are those described under our collection clause.
Fair play wording
Covers how lobby activity is recorded and checked, including the timestamps we keep. It never asks for wallet credentials and follows the same retention periods listed on this page.
Account rules
Deals with sign-in, device checks and what happens when a session looks unusual. Where those checks touch your data, the handling matches the security paragraphs you read here.
Wallet terms
Describe how JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay, NayaPay and Raast links are confirmed on your account. The personal details involved follow the storage and deletion rules set out here.
Complaints path
Shows how to raise a service concern and what happens at each stage. Any data gathered while handling a complaint sits under the retention and access wording on this page.
Change history
Records when each policy page last moved and what shifted. Because privacy, terms and cookies update together, you can read one history and follow the rest.

Privacy Questions We Hear Often

Your name, contact details, date of birth and the wallet or bank link you choose, such as JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay, NayaPay or Raast. We also keep sign-in records and lobby activity tied to your account.

Only to confirm the wallet or bank link belongs to you, to settle withdrawals and to keep the records local rules ask for. We do not sell or rent your details to anyone.

Limited partners help us run the platform, covering identity checks and hosting. They work under contract, see only what the task needs, and cannot reuse your details for their own purposes.

Active accounts keep their records while you hold the account. After closure we keep what local rules require for a set period, then delete or anonymise the rest on a schedule.

Yes. Write from the email registered on your account through the privacy desk and we will send what we hold in a readable format, or correct anything wrong, within two working days.

Wallet links are detached and sign-in access stops the same day. Records that rules require us to keep are stored separately with tighter access, and everything else follows the deletion schedule above.
